• A 3 bedroom home - requires a 1000 gallon concrete septic tank and a disposal bed of 819sq.ft. in size.The averange price range for this system in the morris/sussex county area is $20,000.00 to $30,000.00.

• A 4 bedroom home - requires a 1000 gallon concrete septic tank and a disposal bed of 1050 sq.ft. in size . The average price range for this sytem in the morris/sussex county area is $25,000.00 to $35,000.00.

Depth and type is determined by engineering - If ledgerock or a high water table is encountered a raised septic system with a pump system will be required. This type of system will put you at the higher end of the price ranges. These costs don't include the engineering fees or the local health department fees.
