Stacey Brown consistently goes above and beyond to advocate for the needs of her consumer. Her patient and caring nature helps create a safe and supportive environment allowing her consumer to feel confident and comfortable while trying new things. She encourages independence and has handled challenging situations with compassion. Christina Jessup is a lead staff in Belding and won the hearts of her consumers and their families from the start! From stepping up when coverage is needed, to creating a stable and supportive environment for the consumers, to maintaining open lines of communication with guardians and caseworkers, her commitment hasn’t gone unnoticed. Thank you for being such a solid member of our team, and one that we can count on to keep our consumers happy and cared for. 

Hunter Mitchell has been a dedicated CHS team member for over a year. During that time, she has consistently gone above and beyond in her role. The family of the consumer she supports has expressed on multiple occasions that Hunter is the perfect match for their child. Her patience, compassion and creativity shine through in the care she provides. Hunter is known for finding fun, engaging activities that meet her consumer’s needs while building a strong and trusting connection. Jennifer Nichols consistently go above and beyond, infusing every task with purpose, attention, and excellence. Your ability to find common ground and build genuine connections with those we support, not only lifts morale but strengthens our whole team. Jennifer is extremely supportive, helping individuals achieve their goals, encouraging them to step outside their comfort zone to try new things.  She provides exceptional care, and always looks out of the best interest of her consumer. Rochelle has recently stepped into the role of Assistant Lead and continues to go above and beyond every day. Her creativity, strong communication, and ability to connect with her consumers truly shine. She’s built amazing relationships not only with those she supports but also with her team—and always brings a positive, upbeat energy into the home. She consistently steps up when needed, without hesitation, and contributes so much to creating a supportive, engaging environment for everyone. We’re so lucky to have Rochelle on our team.
