Sabrina Escobedo has been with CHS for over 2 years and for the past 5 months she has taken on the role of Lead Staff. Sabrina has proven to be an awesome leader! She is thoughtful of everyone in all she does, she’s kind/compassionate, and has exuded patience while forming a connection with her team and consumer. She is a great advocate for her consumer and always has her best interests at heart. Sabrina does an excellent job with communication, organization and making her team feel heard and valued. Thank you for being such a good role model and for ALL your hard work. You’re the BEST!
Bethany McDonald is amazing at providing quality services to her consumers; she always goes above & beyond for them. Her co-workers are always telling about how incredible of a lead she is and how much she cares for her consumers and their well-being. She is always ensuing that everything runs as smoothly as possible to ensure the best care for them.
Shylah Schneider is a Lead Staff in Montcalm County. Shylah goes above and beyond to make sure her consumers needs are met. Shylah is outstanding when it comes to making sure shifts are always filled and has great communication with her supervisor. She creates a great environment for those she works with. Thank you for everything you do!
Grayson Austin has been with CHS for 2 years. His kind and easy-going personality helps him to easily build meaningful relationships with his consumers and their families. Grayson does an amazing job finding fun and engaging activities for his consumers. Thanks for all you do Grayson, we’re thankful to have you on our team!

Crystal Knight works in the Midland area in multiple different homes. She has been a huge asset to CHS! She does a great job caring for our consumers and helping them out in the community, as well as in their homes! She has a true passion for helping others and it shows in her daily interactions with each consumer that she works with! She is willing to help out wherever there is a need! We are very lucky to have her on our team! Thanks, Crystal for all you do!
