CHS July Employees of the Month
Join us in celebrating our amazing July Employees of the Month 
Brittany Church recently joined the CHS team but has been with her consumers for almost a decade! She is a great leader, hard worker and team player! Brittany is easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with, and we are so happy to have her on our team! Thank you for all you do, Brittany!
Phareena Gross has been an amazing asset to CHS. She hasn’t been with us very long, but jumped right into her role immediately. She is always willing to help in other homes when the need arises. Her communication with her Care Coordinator is outstanding. Most importantly, her consumer says "Reena is a very wonderful helper for me she helps me learn how to cook, exercise, practice softball. We also play games together and I love her very much."
Kadence Kieronski has been with CHS for more than ½ a year!! She is a hard worker, dependable and her team can always count on good communication and detailed documentation from her. She respects each of her consumers uniqueness, she’s energetic while engaging them in community activities, and encourages them to lead the best self-directed lives as possible. Thank you for caring so much and always addressing challenging behaviors proactively and respectfully. You are amazing and we are lucky to have you as part of the CHS team
Hunter Mitchell has been with CHS since March and has proven to be a tremendous asset to our team! Hunter does a wonderful job finding fun activities for her respite consumers to participate in. She is kind, compassionate, and dependable and her consumer’s families have nothing but positive things to say about her. Keep up the great work, Hunter!
Dawn Miller has done an amazing job in her role as Lead Staff! She has built a strong connection with her consumer and all staff in the home! She is approachable, caring, dedicated, and extremely hard working! Dawn has a beautiful heart and strives to ensure that her consumer is living her best life! She has assisted her consumer in achieving so many of her goals and continues to be a positive influence in her life! She is positive in even the most challenging times, always helping her consumer and staff look at the bright side of things. She does a great job communicating, and problem-solving as a team! We are very fortunate to have her on our team!
