Our Story
Originally from Albania, Chef and owner Tony Jakova and wife Liliana came to America with the American dream to have better life for their family owning and operating their own pizza and Italian restaurant.
In 2004, Tony teamed up with his wife and children to create Pizza Paradiso. As natives of Albania, Tony learned to cook by watching his grandmother while Liliana always watched her mother cooking growing up where she learned the family recipes. Prior to opening Pizza Paradiso, Tony and Liliana worked in both New York and Dallas, Texas honing their skills working at Tony’s uncles restaurants. With 30 years of experience and all of these skills and family recipes, they opened pizza Paradiso to bring you authentic New York hand tossed pizza and Italian dishes.
Both Tony and Liliana are actively involved in the day-to-day operation of their restaurant to ensure that you get high quality, top standards, and to provide you with great food at reasonable prices while offering excellent Orlando pizza. Over the years, they’ve established themselves in Central Florida and thrived in the highly competitive Orlando pizza and Italian restaurant community because of their dedication to the finest ingredients, homemade sauces, and excellent customer service.
