Needed to purchase impact windows for our home in Naples. Received three quotes and pricewise B&C Shutters and Awnings was in the middle, but their quoted windows looked superior to the other quotes. Bob was very professional and helpful with answering our questions. No pressure to make a decision. We chose to do business with B&C Shutters and Awnings and we are delighted we did! B&C Shutters was my choice (out of four estimates) to install hurricane protection on the windows and doors of my home and garage apartment. We have used B&C Shutters for two separate homes. Each time we had accordion shutters installed. The first house was completed more than four years ago, the second home was completed two years ago. Both homes were done with high quality aluminum, and installed with super quality construction. We are very happy with the quality, a very fair price, and very professionally done. I only wish all companies handled their business affairs the way B&C Shutters & Awnings in Ft. Meyers, FL does. They were on time, did a quality job and at a competitive price. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. We had them install accoridian and Roll up shutters on the entire back of our home and pool area. We dealt with Bob Martin, the owner. He handled the entire process with integrity and honestly. This is one of those times that from the moment he arrived, I felt as though I could trust him. To me this goes a long way. In addition his staff members were frendly, and very professional. This company was a real pleasure to work with. The finished project was of the highest standards from the quality of the materials to the quality of the install. We were referred to B&C Shutters by our realtor after getting other bids from two other companies that we felt were too high. We contacted Bob and made arrangements for him to go by our home. We were 1100 miles away and had to do everything by email/phone. Bob was so helpful during the entire process. He fully explained every detail of each type of shutter that was available. He emailed pictures of recently completed projects to give us ideas for our home. He also took pictures of the sample colors for the material at our home so we could be sure we were choosing the right color. He went way beyond the call of duty. On our next visit to Cape, we set up a time to finally meet Bob and go over the maintenance and operation of the shutters. The quality of the product and installation were top notch. The price was very reasonable. We were surprised that we could get accordion and roll down shutters for such a great price! Should we ever need shutters again, we would most certainly utilize the services of B&C Shutters. We highly recommend them.
We are part-time residents in Bonita Springs and have just used B&C for a hurricane shutter repair. They sent a technician (Scotty) out immediately, even though they were extremely busy. He repaired and serviced our shutters efficiently and economically, and gave us advice regarding routine maintenance. We feel extremely fortunate to have found this fine company and will DEFINITELY call them in the future for either repairs or replacement shutters.
